The Role: You will be leading a cross-functional team of about 30 people, including engineers in machine learning, modelling/simulation, and full-stack development, as well as product managers and designers. This team is crucial as it's responsible for the adaptive training engine that personalizes training plans for our users, making our service a market leader. You'll work closely with our founders, leadership, and coaches to drive forward our product and strategy.

Your responsibilities will include defining the product strategy and roadmap, mentoring your team, and ensuring the integration of our training plans with the broader Runna ecosystem. You should have a strong background in building and scaling consumer products, excellent mobile product judgment, and experience in managing complex, data-heavy products.
