Role Requirements

- Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM systems.
- Certifications in digital or social media marketing is a plus.

The role: As the Senior Marketing Manager at SafeBoda, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for SafeBoda services across Kampala and other cities. This includes building brand love through compelling campaigns, managing brand partnerships, leading the field sales team, and conducting market research. You will also develop offline marketing strategies and oversee ATL advertising strategies.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in leading a marketing team. Experience in the ride-hailing, transportation industry, or retail/FMCG is preferred. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and CRM systems is essential. Certifications in digital marketing, social media marketing, or related areas are a plus.
