Role Summary
- Working as part of the Finance Advisory Services (FAS) team
- Trusted advisor on financial strategy and sustainability
- Responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and monitoring for Malawi programs
- Conducting monthly budget vs. actual reviews
- Preparing quarterly grant reports
- Collaborating with global finance teams in implementing financial policies
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and proficiency in Excel

The Role: As a Financial Advisory Services Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Advisory Services (FAS) team, which acts as trusted advisors to our leadership on financial strategy and sustainability. You will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis, and monitoring of our Malawi programs. This includes conducting monthly budget versus actual reviews, preparing quarterly grant reports, and collaborating with global finance teams to implement financial policies.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit. - Strong understanding of financial concepts and advanced proficiency in Excel.
