The role: We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help bring Beam’s AI to millions of frontline workers across the UK, US, Europe and Australia. You’ll report to Seb, our co-founder, and work closely with engineers and designers to build AI products that solve real operational problems in sectors like employment, housing and social care. This is a hands-on product role for someone who loves building. You’ll spend time shipping product quickly, working closely with engineers on AI capabilities, talking directly to users in the field, iterating rapidly based on real usage and raising the bar for product quality and craft.
