Role Summary
- Manage the development and operations of individual giving portfolios, including annual, monthly, and leadership donors.
- Develop and implement stewardship programs for annual and leadership giving donors.
- Plan and execute giving campaigns utilizing direct mail, digital platforms, and third-party fundraising events.
- Create strategies to improve donor engagement, stewardship, and retention.
Role Requirements
- At least three years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or stewardship, specifically within an annual giving portfolio.
- Expertise in utilizing tact and diplomacy with a keen sense for philanthropic motivators.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative work ethic.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with French being a significant asset.
- Proficiency in fundraising databases, especially Raiser's Edge / NXT.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the annual and leadership giving stewardship. You will also plan and execute annual giving campaigns, including direct mail, digital acquisition, and third-party fundraisers. You will also develop and implement strategies to enhance donor engagement, stewardship, and retention.
Job requirements include a minimum of three years of experience working in a fundraising, donor relations, or stewardship capacity, particularly in an annual giving portfolio. Exceptional tact and diplomacy, an acumen for identifying philanthropic motivators and driving them to action, and an entrepreneurial and collaborative work ethic are also required. You should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills (in English, French is an asset) and a good understanding of fundraising databases, particularly Raiser's Edge / NXT.
