Role Summary:

Role Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the education sector as a teacher and senior leader.
  • Proven track record in Initial Teacher Training and Early Teacher development.
  • Expertise in people management and development at a senior level.
  • Proficiency in leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.

The Role: As a Programme Delivery Manager - Teacher Development, you'll be part of a team which delivers our Training Programme and Early Career programme. This role is integral to the delivery of our programmes, leading and managing a group of support roles to ensure high levels of engagement and programme delivery quality. You’ll work closely with other managers in your team, the department team and the wider organisation to support high quality experiences which engage our programme members in teaching, the community and in our social purpose and mission.

Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with prior experience working in the education sector as a teacher and senior leader, with experience of delivering Initial Teacher Training and Early Teacher development. You should have experience of people management and development at a senior level, and be confident in your leadership and direction. You should be skilled in leading and managing teams, especially large scale geographically dispersed teams, and be able to quickly build effective relationships and influence peers and senior stakeholders.
