As a Delivery Manager based in our Glasgow Centre, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating a team of Youth Development Leads to empower young people and strengthen our outreach and foundations offer.

The role involves collaborating closely with regional colleagues and local partners to develop and implement an outreach and delivery plan tailored to the needs of young people across the city region. You will build strong relationships with key networks and referral partners to ensure that the most in-need young people are integrated into our programs from the start. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful support, guiding each young person through a personalized pathway of learning, one-to-one guidance, and opportunities that foster their progress towards a positive future.

Job requirements include exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong planning, organization, and coordination abilities, confidence in using data to drive decision-making, and proven experience in line management and team leadership.
