- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including customer relations, stock oversight, and delivery disputes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as contract management and promotional activities in collaboration with key accounts.
- Oversee product catalogues, including launches, updates, and competitive analysis on platforms like Amazon.
- Analyze data to assess product performance, track sales promotions, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Work closely with marketing and quality teams to support media campaigns and maintain product excellence.
- Enrolled in a Bac +5 E-commerce program or similar higher education.
- Autonomous, proactive, and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
- Creative, dynamic, and keenly interested in e-commerce and customer relations.

The role: As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will be in charge of daily customer relations, operational management (stocks, penalties, dispute management, delivery), administrative management of customer contracts (rates etc.), quality withdrawals management. You will manage the promotional lever in tandem with the key account: sales forecasts, NIPs budget management, Time & event tracking, contractual management of promotion with our customers, Product catalogue management at our main customers including Amazon: creation and implementation of new products, anomaly feedback and corrective follow-up, visual updates, product sheet writing, competitive monitoring, participation in the operational implementation of media campaigns, in synergy with internal teams (marketing, quality, regulatory, etc), Data analysis: Analyse product performance, promo sales, update and follow-up of KPI tables, action plan recommendations Collaborate with the Key Account on the codification of negotiated listings, Organise and participate in sending customer samples.
Job requirements: You are a student in Bac +5 specialized in E-commerce (Business school, university type IAE...), you are autonomous and proactive. Rigorous, you have a sense of organization and have relational qualities. You are comfortable with computer tools (Word, Excel, Internet, Power Point). Creative and dynamic profile, you have an appetite for E-Commerce and you want to discover the commercial relations of pure players.
