Arts Council England is looking for a talented Senior Communications Officer (Museums and Cultural Property) to work with our Museums and Cultural Property (MCP) teams to lead communication campaigns about their work. This full-time communication role is based in UK.
As the Senior Communications Officer (Museums and Cultural Property) you can expect to do the following: Collaborate closely with colleagues in MCP teams and with others from across our National and Area Communication teams to devise and implement a communication strategy for MCP. Come up with new and exciting ways to tell the story of our MCP work – from TikTok and Reels, through to online drop-ins for colleagues, and from sharing new reports and data with media.
To apply for this Senior Communications Officer (Museums and Cultural Property) role, your soft skills, expertise, and experience should include: Ability to be a brilliant communication project lead who can work seamlessly across both the communication and MCP teams, effectively developing a MCP communication strategy with senior colleagues, and delivering excellent content about the work we do to support museums and cultural property. Experience in creating engaging digital content. Experience delivering events and working on media campaigns.
