Role Summary:

Role Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or BtR).
  • Proven track record in strategic account management and market analysis.
  • Outstanding organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.

  • The role offers a competitive base salary of £35K-40K, with an OTE of £85K, plus the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule after probation.

Build to Rent Account Manager | Home Made

We’ve got an exciting opportunity to work for the ‘go to’ provider of the UK’s largest Build to Rent owners and operators here at Home Made

You will have the primary responsibility of delivering exceptional results for highly sophisticated BtR property clients and be the main point of contact for the key business stakeholder. This role is one that requires extensive project management capabilities with a clear ability to plan and prioritise multiple objectives.

Responsibilities



  • Client Management and Onboarding: Full management of clients account and act as a trusted advisor to provide expert advice and recommendations on all aspects of the built-to-rent industry.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce high-quality reports that provide insightful analysis and recommendations. Provide regular updates to the senior management team regarding the performance of the portfolio, including occupancy rates, rent levels, arrears, and any maintenance or repair issues that may arise.

  • External stakeholders: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and other partners.

  • Sales Funnel: Optimise the sales funnel for each account whilst identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase conversion rate. Work closely with internal team to guide, train and support to effectively manage accounts.

  • Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for each client's development site.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-6 (mix of office and field based)

Office location: London Southwark, 1 day a week work from home post probation (close to Blackfriars, Southwark and Waterloo stations)

Salary: £35K-40K base salary (based on experience) + commission OTE £85K

What we look for:


  • Must have at least 3-4 years experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or BTR)
  • Have a strong ability to assess the market value for the estimated rental values for each client asset
