Role Summary:

  • Lead a team, fostering strong relationships and bridging gaps between stakeholder groups.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in large-scale communication planning and delivery.
  • Strong project planning and team management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms for email campaign management.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.

As Programme Communications Manager, you will work as part of the Programme Information team in the Design department. Your role will be to ensure that Teach First programme members receive appealing and timely communications, keeping them engaged and well informed.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successfully planning and delivering large scale and sustained communications. You should have experience of managing and monitoring the implementation of multiple audience driven communication project plans. Team management experience and strong project planning capability are essential. You should also have strong relationship building skills, to influence stakeholders at all levels and build bridges between different stakeholder groups. Experience of using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or an equivalent platform, to manage and send email campaigns is also required.
