Role Summary:
- Manage and grow customer relationships within the west Netherlands region in both natural and retail food channels.
- Enhance business development through initiating offers and promotions.
- Optimize distribution rates and expand brand presence within the market.
Role Requirements:
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
- Experience in a similar commercial role is essential.
- A strong passion for organic food and sustainability.
- Excellent communication, social skills, and team spirit.
- Entrepreneurial, result-oriented, proactive, and flexible attitude.
- Proficiency in Dutch is mandatory, with English being an advantageous skill.

Ecotone is a market leader in sustainable food, looking for a proactive, independent, and driven Rayon Manager to contribute to our mission: 'Food for Biodiversity'.
The Role: As a Rayon Manager, you will sustainably build growth through targeted customer visits within the assigned region (west-Netherlands), both in the natural food channel (Healthy Food Stores = HFS) and in the retail channel. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships with stores, further building the business through the initiation of offers and promotions, and optimizing our distribution rate.
Job Requirements: You must be available full-time (40 hours), have a few years of experience in a similar commercial role, and have an affinity for organic food. Excellent communication and social skills are required, as well as being a team player. You must be entrepreneurial, result-oriented, proactive, commercial, driven, flexible, and fluent in Dutch. Knowledge of English is a plus.
