The Role: As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will manage partnerships, investments, and development programmes across the London Area, and lead a team of experienced Relationship Managers to carry out cultural development work. You will be part of a small London theatre management team of three, reporting to the Director of Theatre and London, managing a team of eleven Relationship Managers and one Assistant. You will lead on key strategic priorities in London to contribute to the development and delivery of Arts Council programmes and investment.

Job Requirements: The successful candidate will ideally have experience of managing a team of staff, working with stakeholders at all levels, managing projects, and understanding the challenges and opportunities faced by cultural organisations in the performing arts. Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business planning and financial reporting are required. A strong knowledge of the theatre industry or the wider performing arts industry is also necessary.
