What will you be doing?
Helping to update and develop our staff handbook and staff agreements Reviewing current recruitment processes (including volunteers) Reviewing and updating role descriptions and adverts Reviewing GDPR Compliance Centralising HR information
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar role Knowledge of HR operations and procedures Good interpersonal and communication skills Competent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
