Role Summary
- Manage the entire avocado oil production process at the Tupande Soko factory.
- Maintain production schedules, implement process improvements and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
- Lead a team while upholding Food Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
Role Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Food Science or Production Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in avocado oil processing.
- Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.

The Role: As the Tupande Avocado Oil Production and Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire avocado oil production process at the Tupande Soko factory. This includes managing production schedules, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products on time. You will lead a team, implement continuous improvements, and uphold Food Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards.
Job Requirements: - A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Food Science, or Production Engineering, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution. - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in avocado oil processing. - Strong knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Environmental Management. - Proven team management and leadership skills.
