We currently live in the UK, US, France, Italy and Spain, and we’re expanding rapidly into new markets.

You will

  • Set up translation projects, provide detailed briefs and assign tasks to the freelance translation team.
  • Handle query management, troubleshooting, feedback discussions, and initiation of quality improvement tasks.
  • Support in the management of freelancer workload and resource planning.
  • Manage and deliver translation requests from initiation to completion, adhering to brand guidelines, and prioritising impactful localisation areas. Track the progress of all localised content, providing consistent status updates to internal teams and departments within the organisation.
  • Provide input into DICE's localisation strategy and support new market launches, identifying localisation requirements.
  • Support in the definition and implementation of new workflows and processes.
  • Document best practices and guidelines for internal teams, input into KPIs for localisation and report on performance and quality.
  • Develop proficiency with our software localisation platform Phrase and any other tooling required to complete the job.

You are

  • Passionate, humble and talented
  • A fan of music and culture
  • Actively responsible, self-starter and enthusiastic
  • A clear communicator and keen negotiator
  • In tune with cultural nuances and sensitivities of global markets
  • Flexible and able to multitask/re-prioritise
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with others

You’ll need

  • Native-level proficiency in both English and at least one additional language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with copywriting experience desirable
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a project coordination or management role, with bonus points if this is within the localisation industry.
