- Lead Wellcome's Digital Marketing Team within the Corporate Affairs' Digital Communications and Product team.
- Steer digital marketing strategies for Wellcome and Wellcome Collection, integrating them with broader communication plans.
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and oversee the Direct Marketing Manager and CRM Specialist.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and running multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building skills within the organization to support Wellcome's mission.
- Proven line management experience and the ability to meet deadlines while managing various priorities.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. You will be leading the Digital Marketing Team, which sits in the Digital Communications and Product team in Corporate Affairs. You will report to the Lead Product Manager. The Digital Communications and Product team is responsible for producing digital content, continuous improvement of our digital products and channels and executing digital marketing campaigns.
This maternity cover is responsible for Wellcome and Wellcome Collection’s digital marketing. You will manage our relationship with our digital marketing agency and ensure that digital marketing is effectively used as part of integrated communications plans. You will also line manage the Direct Marketing Manager and CRM Specialist.
We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience of digital marketing and managing multiple campaigns at once, can build excellent relationships across Corporate Affairs and wider Wellcome to further our mission and improve how we work, has line management experience, can work to deadlines and juggle multiple priorities, is passionate about digital marketing and comfortable testing new approaches or working with new technologies, and is data driven and uses insight and analytics to inform choices and improve.

Our Hybrid Way of Working: We understand that our colleagues have commitments and personal interests outside of work and we strive to build a flexible working environment, in which people can perform at their best. We are currently working 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) from our Euston Road offices (as part of our hybrid Ways of Working) with the remaining 3 days working either remotely or in the office. From 1st September 2024 we will move to 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
