- Bridge marketing and sales efforts to enhance lead conversions.
- Lead process enhancements and customer experience improvements during lead nurturing.
- Identify new member leads and collaborate on business development with Marketing.
- Develop a strong lead pipeline focusing on ecosystem targets.
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in property, flexible office, or innovation programs.
- Expertise in pipeline management, reporting, and CRM systems, with Hubspot experience highly advantageous.

Plus X Innovation is looking for a self-starter Commercial Manager to join our team at a key moment of growth. We are preparing to scale, open new hubs, and grow our membership base in our existing locations.
The Role: You will play a crucial role in connecting the marketing and sales team, harnessing both teams' strengths to drive higher conversions. You will lead the way in driving process improvements and identifying opportunities to improve our customer experience during the lead nurture journey. You will be responsible for identifying new member lead opportunities, collaborating with Marketing to develop new business development opportunities and ecosystem targets, to develop a robust lead pipeline.
Job Requirements: Experience within relevant sales fields, ideally, from property / flexible office / innovation programme sectors. Proven experience in managing pipeline, reporting and CRM systems (Hubspot experience a massive benefit). A naturally analytical and curious person with a desire and ability to problem solve effectively.
