  • Lead a team of Revenue Operations executives, providing guidance, support, and ensuring quality of work.
  • Develop and refine processes to ensure timely billing through direct and affiliate network channels.
  • Manage manual billing, credit notes, and upload data to Salesforce for accurate revenue recognition.
  • Audit affiliate network media/CPA billing and support finance team with revenue recognition queries.
  • Ensure continuous availability of partner codes for a positive member experience.
  • Conduct weekly competitive analysis to enhance UNiDAYS' market insights.
  • Extensive experience in Finance Operations Management or Sales Operations Analysis within a B2B environment is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in external partner management and internal stakeholder relationship building.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus.

*this role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London or Nottingham) on occasion.

The role in a nutshell

Reporting into the Head of Partner Operations, you’ll be responsible for ensuring UNiDAYS billing readiness and protecting UNiDAYS revenue through, ensuring finance teams / affiliate networks are able to bill on time, managing partner code availability and monitoring how competitive UNiDAYS member offers are in the wider market.

Day to day responsibilities 

  • Leadership. Leading a small team of Revenue Operations executives, providing guidance on their priorities, supporting escalations and auditing the quality of their work.
  • Process. Defining and improving the process linked to all aspects of UNiDAYS billing readiness to ensure that we’re able to bill on time. Through our direct billing or via our affiliate networks.
  • Manual billing and credit note management. You’ll ensure your team receives monthly, correctly structured data from partners managed in that way. Uploading data to the Salesforce CRM system so that our finance team is able to execute the billing and revenue recognition process.
  • Affiliate network media/CPA billing audit. Your team will be confirming that all media due for billing via affiliate networks has been added to the relevant affiliate network and can be linked to a specific order. Perform CPA audit vs. contract / Salesforce data. You’ll also support the finance team with investigating any queries related to our revenue recognition process.
  • Code management. Monitoring availability of codes across our live perks. Your team will be proactively requesting additional codes from partners when needed, to ensure our members have a positive experience.
  • Competitive shopping. Weekly competitor shopping audit across UNiDAYS competitors to support building UNiDAYS competitor insight

What we need from you

  • You’ll have extensive experience in a Finance Operations Manager / Sales Operations Analyst or similar, within a B2B environment.
  • You have an analytical mind with problem solving aptitude.
  • You’ll have experience in dealing with external partners as well as managing and fostering positive internal stakeholder relationships.

  • Experience using Salesforce would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
