About the role: As a People Performance Partner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing manager effectiveness, team performance, and organizational health at Beam. You will work closely with our leadership team and the Associate Director of People to equip our managers to lead high-performing, accountable teams. This role involves a hands-on approach to manager enablement and performance, including coaching managers through real-time challenges and improving our performance management processes.

You will be responsible for strengthening manager capability, driving early performance interventions, resolving complex people situations, and maintaining team health. Your goal will be to ensure that performance reviews are thoughtful, evidence-based, and consistently applied across all teams.

Who you are: You are a natural relationship builder with a proven track record in People Partnering or ER, particularly in a startup or fast-paced environment. You are inventive, results-driven, and thrive in complex situations. Your strong diplomatic skills and creative mindset will help you navigate and improve team dynamics and manager confidence.
