What will you be doing?
Continue to help set up the charity’s HR systems Advise on and help implement HR policies and guidelines that adhere to regulations for staff, including charity programmes and projects Advise on any HR related issues that the trustees and team may need to be aware of Work from home, with regular support and check-ins with a dedicated project lead
We offer flexible working hours and remote working, approximately 2-4 hours a week when busy, and mostly less. This can be an on-going volunteering opportunity or be project based.
What are we looking for?
Experience working in HR, ideally in a small company setting Experience with setting up guidelines and policies
