  • Role Summary:
    • Manage and optimize the internal support ticket queue.
    • Analyze and report on pipeline generation, supporting strategic decisions.
    • Prepare data and presentations for critical business reviews and meetings.
    • Document and maintain go-to-market operations processes and training materials.
    • Drive business outcomes through analytical skills in ad-hoc projects.
    • Assist with marketing campaign execution as needed.
  • Role Requirements:
    • Location: São Paulo with excellent English communication skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
    • At least 2 years of operations experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel; SFDC Certification is a plus.

What You'll Do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Go-To-Market Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and has a passion for optimizing operational processes. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Manage the internal support ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues from various departments within the organization.
  • Report and track pipeline generation activities, providing insights into key metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making by the sales and marketing teams.
  • Provide data support for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and sales leadership meetings, including analyzing performance metrics, preparing presentations, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain process documentation for go-to-market operations, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow diagrams, and training materials.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed, leveraging analytical skills and operational expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide support for the execution of marketing campaigns as needed

Who You Are

  • Based in São Paulo
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working in operations preferably at a B2B SaaS company
  • Must be a proactive communicator who can effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel (SFDC Certification preferred)
