The Role As an administrator you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks and supporting the Processor and Producer Certification teams, ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered, and tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard of accuracy. You will confidently receive and resolve enquiries by telephone and email and effectively communicate with the Certification teams providing support across a range of daily tasks associated with licenses.
Job Requirements You will be able to prioritise, work under pressure and meet targets. You will be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. You will be confident communicating with new customers and able to empathise with customers, and have empathy with aims and objectives of Soil Association. You will have excellent IT literacy and organisational skills, great problem solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
