Role Summary:

The GOOD Agency are looking for a Business Director to join our Client Services team. The role involves managing a portfolio of Clients/New Business Pitches and associated Agency team (Relationship, Work & Budgets), ensuring that we consistently exceed Client expectations. The right candidate will ensure the smooth function and processes to ensure that the Agency is delivering the best possible work for Clients and to develop strong relationships with Clients at a senior level. Candidates will ideally have a passion for charities, purpose and doing good.
Key Responsibilities include Senior Client Stakeholder management, driving creative and service excellence, providing financial oversight and tracking across a wide range of Clients, proactively reaching out to Clients to share best in class Agency thinking to help unlock new opportunities and to grow accounts, and ensuring the smooth daily function of the Client Services department by helping to oversee key internal processes.
The role also involves Business Development, Financial Management, Operations / Departmental Management, and Team Management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing key proposals and pitches as well as cost estimates, and will help write key cases of existing work delivered, demonstrating the agency’s expertise, innovation and creativity.
