Teach First offers a competitive salary of £42,237.00 plus £3,000 London Weighting if applicable, alongside excellent core benefits, including 27 days of holiday, pension scheme, life assurance, income protection, private healthcare, and access to flexible benefits such as discounted gym membership and the ability to purchase additional annual leave.

As the Digital and Social Media Manager, you will be part of a dynamic brand and creative team. You will lead and own Teach First’s social media channel and content plans to drive audience relevancy and revenue for the charity. You will manage a small team and work cross-functionally as part of an integrated campaign channel approach.

The role requires you to respond to campaign briefs and develop social channel media proposals to meet business and marketing campaign objectives. You should be confident in using social media listening and performance analytic tools and using the insights to inform audience targeting, optimise content and report on performance. You will also work cross-functionally with campaign and channel owners, including media agencies, to integrate the best customer experience to deliver results and impact.

Teach First offers a competitive salary package of £42,237.00 per annum, plus £3000 London Weighting Allowance for employees based in London. Our core benefits include 27 days holiday per annum, participation in the pension scheme via Salary Exchange (with an employer contribution of up to 6%), life assurance, income protection and private healthcare.
