Role Summary:

The Good Law Project is seeking a Head of Campaigns Technology. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation that is fighting for a fairer future.
The Role: Reporting to the Director of Campaigns, with a dotted line to the Chief Operating Officer, this role will lead the growth and evolution of Good Law Project’s campaign technology, oversee the supporter care function and deliver on digital innovation as the organisation evolves.
Job Requirements: We are looking for a candidate with experience of managing, developing and growing a high performing team to deliver against organisational priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a tech stack/suite of tech tools, including evolving them and ensuring that they are being used to their maximum effectiveness across an organisation. Experience of maintaining and improving digital platforms, ideally fundraising platforms and/or campaigning technology and platforms is required. The candidate should also have experience of managing external tech providers and carrying our ongoing vendor management. An ability to provide supporter data and insights, and supporting other teams to use data effectively to improve performance, ideally fundraising performance is also required. Experience of working with CRM systems is a must.
Benefits: The role offers a salary of £62,100 per annum with generous benefits including 25 days annual holiday plus public holidays, enhanced pension contribution, private medical health insurance, life assurance and flexible/hybrid working.

The role is a full time permanent role and is advertised as “full-time”. The role offers hybrid working with office in central London and options for flexibility to work from home. The postholder will be expected to attend our central London office regularly – minimum of 2/3 days a week.
