Job requirements You’re experienced managing complex, cross-functional business change projects. You are confident in engaging and managing a range of stakeholders, from associates to C-Suite, and create well functioning project teams. You can quickly get to ‘expert status’ on new projects, whilst proactively supporting the people around you to do the same. You thrive in a fast paced environment with motivated and highly experienced colleagues. You are not afraid to speak up and can concisely and accurately communicate complex situations and guide stakeholders to make decisions. You have excellent attention to detail, enjoy problem solving and are tenacious in pursuing solutions and a willingness to learn. Ideally, you have worked within a financial services and/or technology driven organisation either as an employee or as a consultant.
