Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Finance Analyst, Accountant, or similar roles in financial services or payments processing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in cross-functional work and collaboration with remote teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with complex dataset management skills.
  • Capability to meet tight deadlines in an evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Proactive learning attitude with the initiative to drive results.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SQL and BI tools knowledge is beneficial.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Business, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of Interchange, Scheme Fees, Card Schemes, and Payments Processing is advantageous.

The role entails working as part of our Cost of Sales Operations function, you'll support the scheme and interchange fees reconciliation of Card Schemes and other acquiring channels. Evolving in a high-pace and dynamic environment, meticulous attention to detail will be the key. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and laser-focused individual who is highly numerate and enjoys working with large and intricate datasets.

Job requirements include 1+ years of hands-on Finance Analyst, Accountant or other relevant roles' experience in financial services and/or in payments processing, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work cross-functionally and with remote teams, excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets, ability to meet tight deadlines in an evolving environment and sometimes shifting priorities, willingness to take the initiative and continuously learn, proficient in Microsoft Excel required, experience with SQL server and BI tools is a plus, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Statistics/Business/Actuarial or equivalent, fluency in English, and superb communication skills at all levels. Knowledge of Interchange and Scheme Fees, Card Schemes and Payments Processing will be an advantage.
