Role Summary:

  • Manage operational business for assigned customers in the southern Bavaria region.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Management to drive sales and implement promotional measures.

Role Requirements:

  • Relevant commercial or food-related training.
  • Proven sales field service experience in the food industry, preferably in organic retail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general IT skills.
  • Flexible, motivated, with a team-oriented and goal-driven mindset.
  • Strong passion for organic food.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.
  • Ideal residence in or near the southern Bavaria region.

The role involves comprehensive responsibility for the operational business of the assigned customers. You will work internally with the Key Account Management, steering and implementing sales-promoting measures in coordination with Key Account Management/Trade Marketing. You will advise customers on product range design, taking into account current market trends. Your tasks will also include participation in trade fairs as well as market and competitive observation. You will identify sales potentials based on existing products and production possibilities. Your area of operation includes the southern Bavaria region.

Job requirements include commercial or food-related training with several years of sales field service experience in the food industry, ideally in organic retail. Knowledge of common IT programs (MS Office with Outlook) is required. You should be flexible, motivated, a team player and a goal-oriented personality. A high affinity for organic food is necessary. Travel and overnight stay readiness is required. Your place of residence should ideally be in the described area.
