  • Develop new tools and features while enhancing existing ones using Laravel.
  • Engage in proactive management and improvements of the codebase.
  • Collaborate with team members, providing advice and guidance.
  • Review and update error logs as necessary.
  • 5+ years of Laravel experience.
  • Experience in a corporate environment and with large/complex applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently or in a team.
  • Familiarity with Git, AWS, and tools like Jira, Miro & Figma is advantageous.

Job summary:
 

We are looking for a Laravel Developer to join the development team and help us build new tools and features and improve the existing ones.

You will be a highly motivated and experienced developer with many years of experience building components in a complex environment.

Overall job responsibilities:  

  • Work with the engineering and design team to build new features and improve existing ones.
  • Proactive management and improvements of the existing codebase.
  • Review error logs and make updates as necessary.
  • Support your fellow team members with advice and guidance as needed.

Technical skills & knowledge:

Essential

  • 5 or more years of experience working with Laravel
  • Recent experience working with Laravel in a corporate environment.
  • Experience working within a product development team.
  • Experience working with very large or complex applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, and within a team, and able to prioritise work accordingly.
  • A desire to create testable, easy-to-use code.
  • Experience working with Github or other git-based version control systems.
  • Experience working for an international company.



Desired

  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Experience working with AWS services and configuration as code.
  • Experience working with tools like Jira, Miro & Figma.
