Role Summary:

The Role You’ll be responsible for our end to end motor claims operation, working with leaders across our policyholder and third party claims teams to ensure we achieve our ambitious goals. You will be developing and implementing bold approaches to improve operational efficiency and productivity, minimise claims cost and enhance customer outcomes. This is an opportunity to work closely with software engineers, product managers, designers, underwriters and our operations team to set us up for success.

Job Requirements You’ll have a track record of leading large operational teams and driving technical excellence in motor claims. Your knowledge of best practice in motor claims runs deep, and you are ready for the challenge of taking our performance to the next level. You are comfortable working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, reinsurers, auditors and partners.
