Role Summary:

  • Develop and execute business and operational plans.
  • Review and refine policies to align with our values and diverse staff needs.
  • Manage key functions including HR and data governance.

The organisation - Rape Crisis England & Wales (RCEW) is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), charity number: 1155140. We are a passionate, principled and hard-working team, committed to supporting victims and survivors of rape, sexual assault, sexual abuse and all other forms of sexual violence.

The role - We’re looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer, to help us develop and implement business and operational plans, review and develop policies that reflect our values and the needs of a diverse staff team, and oversee HR, data governance and other key functions. The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, but part time may be considered (minimum 0.8 FTE). The location is flexible with homeworking, and occasional travel to London and elsewhere in the UK, by arrangement.
