- Lead and nurture the APAC Business recruiting team.
- Strategize and execute hiring plans in line with company objectives.
- Develop sourcing strategies to enhance diversity and skill sets.
- Collaborate for strong employer branding and proactive talent acquisition.
- Improve leadership interview processes and train internal teams.
- Utilize data and tools to meet performance and hiring goals.
- Guide your team as an expert negotiator for positive hiring outcomes.
- A minimum of 8 years in recruiting and at least 1 year in direct people management.
- Proven experience in strategizing for Go-To-Market roles.
- Strong communication skills and experience in international environments are preferred.

- Manage a lean and dynamic team, with a focus on skill development, hit quarterly hiring goals, and use data to guide your decision making.
- Develop effective organisation level sourcing strategies for skills and diversity through internal channels and external partnerships.
- Partner closely with internal teams to build employer brand strategies and proactive talent pipelines.
- Develop interview process for leadership candidates; leveraging behavioural assessments and industry best practices.
- Train managers internally on interview best practices and techniques.
- Reinforce team performance, goals/metrics and timelines by leveraging readily available tools to measure and manage progress.
- Manage and support the team as an experienced negotiator with the ability to drive positive outcomes across all levels, domains, and regions
- 8+ years of recruiting experience
- 1+ years direct people management experience
- Experience managing a team with hands on req management for GTM roles.
- Previous experience developing hiring strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Experience working in global organizations.
