Role Summary
- Report to the People Operations Manager as part of the People Operations & Experience Team.
- Contribute to a growing team including project managers, people services, and workplace experience specialists.
- Enhance the candidate journey by acting as the main point of contact throughout the hiring process.
- Champion process improvements and drive efficiencies within the recruitment framework.

The Role This newly created role will report into our People Operations Manager, and sit within our People Operations & Experience Team. This growing team is made up of project and transformation managers, people services, people onboarding, candidate management and process experts, data and analytics and workplace experience specialists. You’ll play an important role as we grow this function, ensuring a high quality candidate experience. You will be at the forefront of interactions with the business, and be the main point of contact for all candidates going through our hiring process, and will also have the opportunity to identify improvements and efficiency drivers across processes.
