The role of Contracts Manager is pivotal within our Legal, Contracts and Procurement team. You will manage the contracts function, leading on high-value contracts and being responsible for the framework within which all contracts are managed within Teach First. You will ensure the delivery of multiple, complex contracts, supporting relationship managers across the charity by providing technical expertise and advice. A ruthlessly commercial approach is required to help us deliver great impact as a charity.
Job requirements include proven experience of managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ability to interpret and communicate contractual requirements, identify and mitigate risks in a complex operational environment, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to manage contractual obligations in an operational environment, experience in developing and monitoring key processes, and excellent financial literacy and commercial acumen.
