About the role
This talent pool is for our Pathway Coach/Senior Pathway Coach (or ‘caseworker’) positions. Our Pathway Coaches are instrumental in helping to transform the lives of disadvantaged people by supporting them into stable jobs and homes.
What’s the role like?
You’ll be joining a team of values-driven and creative Pathway Coaches while being individually responsible for supporting a caseload of people referred to Beam - our “members”.
After an immersive training period, you’ll help our members to picture a brighter future before guiding them through concrete steps to achieve their goals.
That means everything from teaching critical skills - like CV writing or house hunting - to coaching and developing vital levels of self-confidence.

What’s a Talent Pool?
