  • Develop and manage CRM campaigns for subscription and e-commerce customers across various channels, including email and push notifications.
  • Analyze performance metrics, optimize strategies for customer retention and reactivation, and report insights to the team.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and data teams to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Create newsletters, discount codes, and track campaign progress using the latest digital tools.
  • Experience in CRM marketing and a passion for data and customer insights.
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work proactively, organize effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.

🛠️ Digital Marketing @ Bloom & Wild Group

Our Digital Marketing team is responsible for driving sustainable growth in each of our markets, by delivering innovative, creative and measurable digital campaigns.  Our CRM team sits within Digital Marketing, and we focus on relationship building and increasing customer loyalty via highly targeted, personalised and innovative marketing campaigns. We aim to drive frequency and reactivation across the customer lifecycle, and use a combination of email, push notification and digital marketing initiatives to support customer engagement and lifetime value.  In doing so, we collaborate with many teams across the business, including Brand and Creative, Commercial, Data, and Product teams.

⚙️ What you will be doing:

We’re looking for a (senior) associate to join our CRM & Loyalty team, and look after the CRM programmes for bloomon subscription & e-commerce customers. You’ll work on delivering world-class campaigns and are excited by the challenge of retaining and reactivating our customers in order to drive lifetime value (LTV).

Based in our Amsterdam office at least 1 day each week, responsibilities will include:

Building CRM campaigns for subscriptions & e-commerce across all channels, including email, push, and in-app messages, as well as testing new channels like SMS and direct mail Monitor growth, reactivation, and churn metrics, and proactively come up with campaign initiatives to reach and exceed targets for our subscription customer base Newsletter planning, including feeding into the testing plan & execution for inactive subscription customers Liaise with the design, product, and data teams to prioritise lifecycle marketing initiatives for subscription customers Report on key performance metrics to the wider team in monthly meetings Analyse A/B test results and provide actionable insights and recommendations Manage the campaign creation process, ensuring workflows are kept up to date with the most recent status so the team has excellent visibility on progress  Discount and tracking code creation in our content management system.

Are passionate about CRM marketing, data, and understanding customers! Some email marketing or HTML experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential Fluent in English and Dutch You care about the detail - you are methodical and precise, and deliver a consistently high standard A data-driven decision maker - you love to understand the data and derive insights Proactive - you take responsibility and initiative to get things done, are willing to roll up your sleeves to get stuck in Organised - you take a thoughtful approach to planning and prioritising your work Have a collaborative style that enables you to work with a range of different people and teams.
