The organisation - MANUAL is an exciting company that is transforming people's behaviour with their health. We are looking for a Brand Director to join our team.

The role - As a Brand Director, you will own the creation and scaling of an iconic brand. You will set the forward-looking vision and strategy for the brand, ensuring all touchpoints consistently look, sound and feel like MANUAL. You will define our marketing communications strategy, build the biggest health and wellbeing community, and manage, coach and empower your team.

Job requirements - The ideal candidate will have a track record in helping high-growth consumer organisations scale their brands, a deep passion for the impact of brand and community, and the ability to build consensus across a growing organisation. You should be comfortable with high growth environments and defining what success looks like. You should be extremely driven, curious, ambitious with a huge appetite for personal growth and have proven ability to build and lead high performing teams.
