The role of the Digital Marketing Executive is to work across both the Adult and Children’s division on an exciting list of fiction and non-fiction authors. You will be responsible for assisting key digital marketing campaigns and help build Bloomsbury’s social media profile. The ideal candidate will be immersed in the world of social media and highly proficient in creating short form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Job requirements include professional experience of using all major social media platforms, especially TikTok, up-to-date knowledge of best practices of social media advertising and industry developments, photography and video creation skills, strong verbal and written communication skills (including copywriting), excellent time-management, prioritisation and organisational skills, with a close eye for detail and keen awareness of deadlines, experience of multi-tasking and prioritising a busy work-load with competing demands on your time, ability to adapt to changing daily tasks, and proven experience of digital marketing.
