The role - As a Produktentwickler m/w/d, your tasks will include new product development according to the company's innovation process and constant optimization of existing products. You will assess the suitability of new and existing raw materials for use, manufacture laboratory samples, carry out and accompany production trials including preparation and follow-up in consultation with production. You will create specifications for new product developments and recipe maintenance in merchandise management in SAP. You will also create product declarations for new product developments and their legal protection in cooperation with quality assurance. You will work with national and international interfaces, such as marketing, quality assurance, purchasing and production.

Job requirements - You should have a completed degree in food technology or comparable training, ideally with experience in structured project work. At least three years of professional experience in product development/R&D in a manufacturing food company. Experience in process and process engineering. High affinity to organic foods. Very good English skills for working in a European environment. Commitment, team spirit, independent structured way of working. Safe handling of standard software MS Office and SAP.
