- Role Summary:
- Resolve operational issues and manage contingencies.
- Develop and communicate activity forecasts to service providers.
- Create and monitor business KPIs.
- Validate service provider contract execution.
- Implement and oversee action plans.
- Facilitate internal processes for smooth operations.
- Lead regular meetings and working groups.
- Promote continuous improvement.
- Control invoicing and manage operational backup.
- Role Requirements:
- Experience in Logistics or Transport Coordination.
- Familiarity with supply-chain and distribution/warehousing, preferably in the agri-food sector.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with an ERP (e.g., SAP).
- Strong managerial, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work with service providers and teams.
- Fluency in English is advantageous.

The role entails resolving operational issues and managing contingencies (disputes, capacities), building, challenging and communicating activity forecasts to the service provider, building and animating business KPIs (contractual or not) validating the proper execution of the contract by the service provider, ensuring the implementation and steering of the action plan by the service provider, participating or animating internal processes to allow the proper realization of operations, animating recurring meetings or working group with the service provider or other BCIE services, animating a continuous improvement approach, controlling invoicing, ensuring the operational back up of the Coordinator h/f BONNETERRE &Cie.
Job requirements include a first real experience as a Logistics or Transport Coordinator with a good mastery of the supply-chain and distribution/warehousing environment, ideally in the agri-food sector. Good manager comfortable with numbers, mastery of Excel and ideally already worked on an ERP (SAP for example). Known for your reactivity and good interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your ability to animate service providers, your organization and your rigor. Mastery of English is a plus.
