About the Roundhouse

The Roundhouse is an iconic music and arts venue in Camden. Since the 1960s we’ve opened up space for creativity to empower people and communities - day in, night out. We’re on a mission to raise the creative potential of the UK, so we give young people and artists the space to experiment, develop skills and be part of incredible moments that go down in history.

We’ve recently opened our new building for young creatives, Roundhouse Works, and are now working with more young people each year than ever before. Not only that, but we are building a reputation for developing a pipeline of bright diverse young talent moving into the Creative Industries.

We are currently seeking a Workspace Membership Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, predominantly working 9 - 5pm Monday to Friday with some occasional evenings and weekend work.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with experience of managing a co-working space and CRM systems and in possession of a great leadership style to join our impactful organisation.

The Role

As the Workspace Membership Manager, you will oversee the thriving community of creative members at Roundhouse Works – our new workspace and development programme, aimed at creatives aged between 18-30.

Overseeing the operations and running of the workspace, you will lead a team of co-ordinators to manage the member experience, ensuring a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment.

You will collaborate with the freelance and entrepreneurship team, monitoring the design, delivery and evaluation of a coherent and dynamic programme for the members.

Additionally, you will:

- Ensure health and safety compliance

- Welcome and retain new members

- Line-manage the workspace co-ordinators

- Provide budget forecasts and reports

- Assist in developing the growth and development strategy for the workspace

About You

To be considered as a Workspace Membership Manager, you will need:

- Experience of managing the operations of a coworking space

- Experience of managing CRM systems

- Demonstrable people management skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage a variety of stakeholder relationships

- Strong project management and administrative skills
