Role Summary:

The King's Trust is dedicated to creating positive change for young people across the UK. As a Propositions and Proposals Manager, you will play a crucial role within our Fundraising team, helping us win bids and secure the necessary funds to transform the lives of young people.

The role involves synthesizing complex information into compelling bid and proposal materials, supporting colleagues through the funding approvals process, and advocating for fundraiser's needs across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be expected to build strong working relationships with colleagues throughout the UK while managing a dynamic workload.

Job requirements include a strong ability to create efficient processes and resources, identify areas for innovation and improvement, and maintain high standards of written communication.
