Role Summary:Direct reporting to the Finance Manager and close collaboration with the VP of Finance.Hands-on involvement with core finance processes such as accounts payable, credit control, bank reconciliation, month-end closings, expense tracking, and filings and returns.Opportunities to innovate by streamlining and automating financial processes.Contribute to all areas of a thriving tech business and gain comprehensive finance knowledge.
Role Requirements:No previous experience required; ambition and eagerness to learn are key.A proactive work ethic and keen attention to detail.Ambition to undertake accounting qualifications sponsored by Farewill.

Join Farewill's Finance Team
Ready to kick-start your career & dive into the world of finance? We're on the lookout for a Finance Assistant to join our tight-knit, high performing team. You’ll report directly to our Finance Manager Holly, work closely with our VP Finance Amy, and span the whole business - learning about each area in turn.
What you'll do
As our Finance Assistant, you'll have the chance to learn the ins and outs of finance from the ground up. From paying the bills to processing invoices and beyond, you'll be at the heart of our core finance processes. You'll have the opportunity to explore ways to streamline and automate our processes, making them even more efficient.
Among other things you’ll own:
- Accounts Payable
- Credit Control
- Bank Reconciliation
- Month End
- Expense Tracking
- Filings and Returns
