You will play a critical part in shaping our growth trajectory over the coming years. Reporting into the Director Product, this role is at the heart of our product development, focusing on enhancing our saving and home-buying solutions. What you'll do

Strategy and Vision: Direct the evolution of our saving and home-buying products, grounding your decisions in a deep understanding of our business goals, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Own the roadmap, ensuring it not only addresses current challenges but is also adaptive to future opportunities. Customer-Centric Problem-Solving: Leverage strong instincts to identify and solve customer problems. Engage in continuous dialogue with stakeholders to refine product features that align with user needs and business viability. Agile Leadership: Navigate through ambiguity with agility and foresight. Identify and pre-empt potential blockers, facilitating a smooth execution path for your team. Execution Excellence: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Emphasize the importance of prioritization, resource allocation, and removing obstacles to maintain momentum and meet deadlines. Communication Mastery: Oversee effective communication strategies that ensure alignment across teams and with stakeholders. Experience and skills

University educated with at least one degree, preferably in a technical subject Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience (within a start up / consumer tech / growth-stage business preferred) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of the general fundamentals of product management and core structural processes i.e. problem recognition, analysis, development, testing, development, retesting, launching etc. Ability to encourage, motivate and develop a diverse group of people towards a challenging goal Great communication and listening skills.
