The role you will be filling is a Senior Data Analyst for the Retention team. Your goal will be to increase the profitability of our existing customer base. You will be responsible for enabling key decision making for the Retention team, analysing overall revenue gained from fees and mid-policy services, or lost through cancellations during a policy. You will construct a story from this analysis to deliver clear, concise messaging to influence process decisions being made and optimise outcomes at all stakeholder levels.
Job requirements include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to extract and manipulate data using SQL and present outputs through a variety of mediums including Excel, Slides, and Looker. You should be confident operating in a highly numerate environment and bringing this output to life across a range of audiences.
