  • Independent management of a brand and one or two product categories.
  • Development and execution of marketing strategies alongside external partners and sales.
  • Local brand activation and campaign management, including media planning.
  • Agency and external service provider management.
  • Continuous performance analysis using sales, market, and competitive data.
  • New product development and market implementation, coordinating with the European marketing team as needed.
  • Optimization of the product portfolio.
  • Conducting market research both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Planning and managing marketing budgets.
  • Degree in business administration/marketing.
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in brand management, media, and communication.
  • Experience with brand campaign development and management.
  • Creativity and a passion for organic foods.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills.
  • Fluency in English and experience in an international environment.
  • Independence, organization, and goal-orientation in project management.
  • Industry experience in the food/FMCG sector is preferred.

The role of the Brand Manager m/w/d involves the independent management of a brand and one to two product categories. This includes the development and realization of marketing strategies and all resulting innovative & integrated measures in coordination with external partners and sales. You will be responsible for the local activation of the brand, the development, planning and implementation of brand campaigns including media planning, and the management of agencies and external service providers. You will also be responsible for continuous success control and result analysis based on sales, market and competitive data, new product development and implementation in the market, possibly in close coordination with the European marketing team, constant optimization of the existing product portfolio, and initiation and control of qualitative and quantitative market research projects. You will also plan, manage and control the marketing budgets.

Job requirements include a completed degree in business administration/marketing, at least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in brand management and in media and communication development, experience in the development and control of brand campaigns, a high degree of creativity and affinity for organic foods, strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, and fluent English skills for working in an international environment. You should be committed, organized and goal-oriented in the independent management of projects, and have industry experience in the food / FMCG sector.
