Role Summary:
- Project manage online webform integrations, design, development, and testing.
- Act as the Scrum Master for the Integrations and Reporting project within our Salesforce CRM implementation.
- Collaborate with a variety of users, experts, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and third parties.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
- Industry-recognized qualifications in Project Management and Scrum Management.
- Experience in CRM cloud infrastructure projects including data manipulation and CRM tools.
- Understanding of technical architectures and tools such as Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).

The Role As Scrum Master / Project Manager, you'll be joining in a busy and varied role project managing online webform integrations, Integrations and Reporting design, development and testing, as well being the Scrum Master on the Integrations and Reporting project, all supporting our Salesforce CRM implementation. The CRM Programme is made up of dedicated resources and is formed of a number of workstreams split across business and technology teams. You'll liaise with multiple users and Subject Matter Experts, other Project Managers, Business Analysts and Developers, as well as other teams and third parties where needed.
Job Requirements You'll be an experienced Project Manager and Scrum Master, with ability to facilitate discussion and drive decisions on appropriate solutions. You'll be a creative problem solver who predicts challenges and seeks to proactively head-off obstacles. With experience working in a highly collaborative environment, you'll promote a teamwork mentality, and regularly share knowledge and experience on project management ways of working. It is important that you have: Industry recognised qualification in Project Management and Scrum Management, Strong track record of successfully project managing CRM cloud infrastructure projects to time, budget and quality within a technically complex and dynamic environment, Hands-on experience of managing projects/programmes that include data manipulation, integration, ETL processes and CRM tools, Good hands-on knowledge of high-level technical architecture, High level understanding of one of the following: Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Synapse and Power BI, Practical experience of software development lifecycles and project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Prototyping etc.) and associated documentation, Practical experience of Agile Principles, processes and techniques (iterative development, backlog tracking, burndown charts, task definition, sprint planning, retrospectives and velocity, daily stand-ups, Kanban boards), Commitment to Save the Children's vision, mission and values.
