As a senior leader in the Growth Division, you and your team will be responsible for delivery and optimisation of integrated campaigns and channel performance across owned and paid media channels. You will work closely with in-person sales teams and those who manage earned media and channels. You will take the campaign plan and proposition, brief your team and see through quality implementation from creative concepting through to final design and sign off, channel implementation and monitoring performance to optimise.
We are looking for someone with long-standing marketing experience, particularly in direct and digital acquisition. You should be focused on driving income growth and optimisation of channels, with a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and journey optimisation tactics and tools. You should be able to build an environment of continuous improvement and confidence and credibility in your team’s work, with a commercial and results-orientated mindset.
