Role Summary:Ensure the platform's visual and technical perfection for a seamless user experience.Execute strategic category and promotion planning.Monitor and refine promotion planning in collaboration with the team.Develop innovative concepts to enhance the platform's appeal.Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to optimize and expand the platform.Keep abreast of the latest trends to ensure campaigns are current and visually appealing.Collaborate with the Growth team to break and celebrate growth records.
Role Requirements:Must be enrolled at a University in the Netherlands for the duration of the internship.Pursuing a degree relevant to the internship.Available from June 1st to October 30th, 2024, for 32-40 hours per week.Reside within an hour's commute to the Houthavens office (ideally).Flexible, curious, eager to learn, tech-savvy, and ready for a challenge with a great sense of humor.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Application Process Details:Internship allowance of 550 Euros per month.Travel cost reimbursement for commutes over 10km.One holiday day per month, plus a day off on your birthday.Work in an open, plant-filled office by the waterside in Houthavens.Enjoy weekly office lunches and a variety of company perks including tech equipment and employee discounts.
Your impact
As an E-commerce & Digital Content Intern, you’ll be part of the User Engagement team. Our objective is to get members to our platform, keep them engaged and grow their spend at Otrium by understanding them and building relationships via inspirational content and relevant journeys. Within this job, it’s your responsibility to support the platform team by providing the right content to our members at the right time. Do you have a creative but analytical mindset? Come join us!
Your responsibilities:
- Make sure the platform looks perfect - visually, technically and makes for a seamless user experience;
- Execute the team's strategy around category and promotion planning;
- Monitor and perfect our promotion planning, working closely with the team to make sure the planning is on point;
- Conceptualise the next great idea to elevate our platform and stand out;
- Learn to excel in a fast-paced and exciting environment, simultaneously managing multiple initiatives required for platform optimisation and expansion;
- Stay up to date and deep dive into the latest trends, making sure our campaigns are up to scratch and visually attractive;
- Enjoy breaking growth records together (often!), and celebrating them with the amazing Growth team
To join us for an internship you need to be:
- Enrolled at a University in the Netherlands (for the entirety of your internship)
- Studying a relevant degree for the internship
- Available from 1st June - 30th October ’24 [between 32 - 40 hours per week]
- Living within a 1-hour one-way commute from our Houthavens office (ideally)
- Flexible, curious, open-to-learn, tech-savvy, open for a challenge... with a great sense of humour!
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)
